MARTIN GOLLIN has over 20 years of progressive technical and managerial experience in the chemical and contract industries. He is a process design specialist who has worked extensively with combustion, furnace, and heat transfer equipment. His expertise covers both new equipment and modifications to existing equipment - both in design and operation. Martin is a creative problem solver with a flexible approach to managing in international and cross-functional environments.
BOB DUBIL has worked in the field of fired equipment and related equipment for nearly 36 years. His experience includes engineering and design as well as commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, operation, and training. Bob has worked with the API and the ISO Standards Committees to help develop industry standards governing the design and purchase of fired equipment.
DON SHANEBERGER has over 30 years of experience, primarily with fired heat transfer equipment. This work has given him close familiarity with many aspects of the technology, from research and development to field operations. Don's experience encompasses bottoms conversion processes, boilers, and emissions reduction technologies.
ROGER THOMAS has over 30 years experience specializing in process plant optimization. He has extensive experience in the development of sophisticated operations management tools for process and other industries. Roger has developed and implemented energy management and linear programming methodologies that are credited with significantly reducing plant operating costs.
KARL MOUREK is a results-oriented chemical engineer with over 30 years experience in the design and improvement of both fired heaters and unfired heat transfer equipment. His expertise covers both new equipment and modifications to existing equipment. Karl is a member of the American Institute for Chemical Engineers.
